i sent you a message the other day about jarra5 who i had on my favourites,telling you that he was no longer on it,also that i couldnt see any messages he had sent me,you replied saying if someone deletes thhere profile then thats what happens.yet if i click on at my yahoo on a message sent from you,telling me i have a message from him,which is a message i got from you last week,then sometimes he is on line and at others hes not,could you please explain why this is happening? thankyou marie |

Problems can also arise if your picture has been scanned on a flatbed scanner and not properly cropped, if you are not framed in the centre of the picture, if you are particularly far away in the shot or if you are out of focus or the picture is over- or underexposed. The best way to ensure an up load is to crop the image so that your head and shoulders fill the frame.
New terms state that we do need to see a clear face shot of a member. Older uploaded pictures are not affected by this new moderation system.
