Britney Spears is rumoured to be dating the magic man Criss Angel, according to reports.

The pop star was in tears after leaving a custody battle meeting with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, but luckily the hunky magician was on hand to cheer her up.

Britney is said to have spent the night in a Beverly Hills hotel with Criss after meeting him at Los Angeles restaurant Cravings.

After a night spent drinking Dom Perignon champagne, the pair were reportedly seen checking in to the Tower Beverly Hills hotel at 04:00BST.

A source said: "Criss sent a message over saying he'd like to meet up.

"They later hooked up at the Bel-Air Hotel, but couldn't get a room.
So they went to the Sunset Tower, where he has a room.They were on his balcony, then went back into his room and the lights went out."

Notorious ladies' man Criss has been linked to Cameron Diaz in the past.
