Big Brother housemate Charley Uchea may soon find herself enjoying a laugh a minute, if reports are to be believed.

Comedian and notorious ladies' man David Walliams is said to have taken quite a shine to the self-styled south-east London It Girl.

The Little Britain star allegedly developed a crush on mouthy Charley when he watched her in Big Brother and is now desperate to get her to date him.

A friend of Charley told the Daily Star: "She was incredibly flattered that David wanted to ask her out and is very excited about their date.

"He got in contact through her manager. David has gone for very strong women in the past and Charley will be more than a match for him.

"But I don't know if he'll be able to impress her with his jokes. We all know it's hard to get a word in once Charley gets going."

David has been romantically linked to beauties including Denise Van Outen, Lisa Snowdon, Patsy Kensit and Abi Titmuss in the past.
