Cameron Diaz has admitted that hates committing to anything and she attributes this phobia to always getting her own way as a child.

She said: "I just hate committing myself to anything. I'm terrible at making plans. I have no idea where I want to be. It probably comes from me being a total spoiled brat and always getting my own way."

And the Shrek star also admitted that, as well as affecting her choice of movie roles, her commitment-phobia won't even allow her to keep a pet!

"I don't even want a dog. My cat just died and I don't want another cat," she said.

But despite her fear of commitment, Cam seems to have had her fair share of fun when it comes to dating.
