Next click on your preferred subscription package (listed above) to visit our Secure Payment Page where you can review your order and enter your card details.
You can also access our subscription terms from this page; you should read these carefully before you make a payment as they constitute a contract between you and us.
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Switch/Maestro and Solo cards.
There are a number of reasons why card payments may not be accepted. The most common are:
- Card number entered with spaces – The long number embossed across the centre of the front of your card should be entered as a continuous string with NO spaces.

- Card details entered incorrectly – Please ensure that all information from your card is entered fully and accurately.
- If your card does not have a Valid From date please leave this section blank.
- Card expired – Please ensure that your card is still valid and has not passed its expiry date.
- Card declined by issuer – If your payment is declined please contact your card issuer for further advice.
We can’t speak for any other sites, but it’s perfectly safe to use your card on hookupdatefree.

Yes. Every subscription package on hookupdatefree involves a repeat payment unless you purchase a one-off six monthly subscription. This means that we will continue to bill your card on a weekly, monthly or three-monthly basis until you cancel it. You can cancel your repeat payments at any time without losing any active subscription time.
Please note that it is your responsibility to cancel your payments before the due date if you do not wish to be charged and no refund can be made if you fail to do this.

You can cancel your repeat payments at any time by logging in to your account, clicking on My Payments in the menu bar and clicking on the green text that reads ‘Subscription active – Click here to Cancel’.
If you cannot see this text and there is no active link underneath your payments then you have cancelled your repeat payments already.
If for any reason you cannot log in to your account or you have any other enquiries about your subscription, contact us as early as possible via our feedback service.
You can see a full statement of all payments including date, amount and card number by clicking on My Payments when logged in.
