Please go to My Mobile, located in the menu bar. If you haven’t done so already please submit your mobile number.
You should now see instructions on how to activate your mobile subscription and underneath the Mobile terms.
Please read them carefully before starting your mobile subscription.
Usually your subscription will be activated within minutes but there can be delays. Most common reasons for this are:
- Your mobile network has not responded to our request to bill your phone
- Your mobile phone may not have enough credit
In most cases please be patient, your subscription will be activated within 24 hours.
IMPORTANT: Please do not cancel and restart your subscription during this time.
If your subscription has not been activated after 24 hours please send us a feedback and we will investigate.
Please note that this is an uninterrupted subscription and that we will attempt to renew the subscription 24 hours before the subscription end date. Hence, if you want to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before the automatic renewal.
To cancel you can either text ‘DATE OFF’ to 84949 or you can simply click 'Stop Subscription' on the My Mobile page. (If you successfully cancelled your subscription via the site it will show the button “Restart”.)
Please also view your payment history on the My Mobile page (bottom of page) to double-check your successful cancellation.
In order to change your mobile number, click on ‘My Profile’, ‘Basic Details.’ From here you will see an option to ‘To change your mobile number click here.’ Click on this link to update your profile with a new mobile number.
