This section explains the various options for cancelling, deleting and reinstating your membership and subscription.
Please note that cancelling your subscription will not end your membership of the site.
Your subscription continues up until its expiry date, regardless of the date of cancellation and even after this period you will remain a member of the site.
If you want to actually leave the site please go to the “My profile” section. From there, choose Hide/Delete your profile from the subject menu. This will take you to the User Status drop-down menu. Please select “Deleted – My profile will be deleted”. Click “Update”.
Please do not attempt to log in after deleting as this will reactivate your account.
If you decided to take a break from dating and now want to return to the site, simply log in to the site as normal and your account will be reactivated.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund/part-refund if you change your mind and do not use all of your subscription time.

When you pay for a subscription it expires on a fixed date which cannot be changed.
If you delete your profile, you can return at any time and use the remainder of your subscription up to your original expiry date, but this date cannot be altered.
Fear not! When you leave the site all future payments are automatically cancelled.
