Too tall for love, says Stephen Merchant

• Singles looking for love using an online dating service could be interested to hear the recent comments from Stephen Merchant. According to the Daily Mail, the British funny man revealed he thought he was too tall to find love during a recent interview on Alan Carr's Chatty Man programme. Set to be aired tonight, the episode will feature Merchant saying: "If they're down there and I'm up here, it's a bit tricky." His comments come after his relationship with digital advertising producer Claire Jones ended in 2009 after two years together. During his interview with Carr, Merchant also revealed he would like a woman with a similar body to stunning model Kelly Brook, with "the mind of Stephen Fry". After emerging into the public eye as part of a number of Ricky Gervais productions, he has established a name for himself as an actor in a number of recent films. He is set to feature in upcoming release Movie 43 alongside stunning actresses Emma Stone and Kristen Bell.
